The requested analyses, as well as the maintenance of the equipment, are limited exclusively to the personnel of the service. For the use of the computational resources of the cluster, please contact the service in advance.

Requests for the services of the bioinformatics unit should be made by sending an e-mail to bioinformatica-ibis@us.es.

A detailed description of the experiment as well as the objectives of the analysis is recommended.

The bioinformatics unit will send an e-mail once the analysis has been completed.

The data to be analyzed will be deposited in the directory of the bioinformatics service of the IBiS internal network, for IBiS users. For those organizations outside IBiS, please contact us beforehand by e-mail.
