Candidate should have a high interest and motivation for scientific research. Experience in molecular and/or cell biology and/or experience with genetically modified mice. International candidates are welcome and degrees and experience obtained abroad will be valued. The project will be focused on the role of stem cells in the long-term maintenance of muscle and neurons in genetically modified mice in the context of aging and neurodegeration.

Doctor con alto interés y motivación por la investigación científica. Experiencia en biología celular y/o molecular y/o bioquímica y/o manejo de ratones genéticamente modificados. Valorable positivamente la experiencia internacional en la realización de los estudios de Licenciatura, Grado y/o Doctorado. Investigaciones relacionadas con el papel de las células madres en el mantenimiento a largo plazo del tejido muscular y del tejido nervioso en ratones genéticamente modificados en el contexto del envejecimiento y la neurodegeneración.
